Penketh’s is a family-owned stationery business, situated in the North West. As a B2B provider, the company enjoyed regional success, but wanted to achieve more. Penketh’s wanted to grow, win new high-profile accounts from across the UK and consolidate its furniture and stationery divisions.
As part of a brand repositioning, we developed a new proposition focused on service quality. ‘Listening to the Customer, Delivering the Goods’ helped articulate the company’s commitment to customer service and value, and became an integral aspect of the communications. We evolved the brand mark and created a new set of guidelines that included a unique tone of voice and distinct illustration style that shaped a range of marketing collateral that differentiated Penketh’s from its competitors.
Through the reinvigoration of the brand, Penketh’s won new contracts with major brands such as Carillion and Holland & Barrett, increasing revenues by 10% in the first six months.
