When we started working for the Beetham Organization over 10 years ago, the company specialised in regeneration and had a portfolio of approx. £10m. At this time, the ambitious son of the Chairman created a new vision for the company and wanted to transform Beetham into a leading UK developer.
Over the last decade we have repositioned Beetham to create a brand with strong core values and a reputation for luxury, quality and innovation. Creating a strong point of difference was essential to attracting investment, while clear, engaging communications were vital to securing planning consent and finally, property occupation.
Beetham has enjoyed phenomenal success in a volatile market. The company saw growth of over 2,400% in turnover, and established an internationally recognised reputation with a portfolio that includes luxury landmark skyscrapers across the UK, including Manchester, Liverpool and Birmingham.
